Welcome. I’m glad you’re here.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious, stuck, or disconnected, you’re not alone, and you don’t have to figure it out all by yourself. Whether you're navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, or relationship challenges, therapy is a safe place to slow down, reconnect, and begin to shift long-held patterns.
I work with clients who are trying to make sense of their inner world in the middle of life’s demands. Many of the people I work with describe feeling like they’re “holding it together” on the outside while struggling silently underneath, with self-doubt, emotional numbness, or simply not feeling like themselves.
My approach is grounded in AEDP (Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy) — a relational, emotionally focused method that helps people move from suffering to healing, from disconnection to connection. In our work together, we’ll create a space where you can feel safe enough to explore what’s really going on beneath the surface, and begin to reconnect with your inner clarity, strength, and resilience.
I bring warmth, presence, and deep respect to every session. Therapy isn’t about fixing you, it’s about rediscovering who you are underneath the pain, and helping that part of you come forward.
I offer in-person sessions in Alamosa, Colorado, and remote therapy for clients across the state. If something in you is ready for change, I’d be honored to support you on that path. You don’t have to hold it all together alone.
