About
Alpine Creek Counseling

Slow down and breathe

In a world that feels increasingly rushed, hurried, and agenda-driven, Alpine Creek Counseling was founded to be different. We have created a haven designed for you to slow down, catch your breath, and reconnect with the person you are beneath the pain that brought you to therapy.

Relationship is the medicine

We believe the therapeutic relationship is the tool for change. True progress comes from being understood fully. When you feel safe, seen, and supported by a therapist you trust, the "work" of therapy starts feeling like a homecoming. At Alpine Creek, you aren't a number in a waiting room. You are a human being in a collaborative partnership with a therapist who sees you.

A path forward...

Whatever it is that brought you through our doors, you no longer have to navigate it alone. Our goal is to help you clear the obstacles and find your footing again. Let’s slow down together, reconnect with your true self, and begin moving toward the life you want to lead.

Mission:

To provide an approach to mental health care that prioritizes connection and promotes lasting wellness. We are driven by a deep respect for your unique story and a commitment to being a haven where you can breathe, reconnect, and overcome hardship as you move toward a life of clarity.

Vision:

To provide a grounded refuge from life’s hardships, a place where connection fosters resilience and every individual is empowered to move forward with clarity.
